Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished finance leader to spearhead our financial operations in Brazil. As the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the local finance strategy to drive growth and success in the Brazilian market.

You will oversee all financial, accounting, administrative, tax, and legal operations in Brazil, ensuring compliance with local and international standards. Your leadership skills will be essential in hiring, leading, and developing a high-performing finance team, driving achievement of targets and deadlines.

As a strategic partner to our global CFO, you will ensure accurate managerial reporting, manage costs and cash position, and prepare budgets, forecasts, and business cases to inform management decisions.

Additionally, you will work closely with company accountants, lawyers, and other advisors to manage external audits and control stakeholder relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Senior experience in finance, accounting, or a related area.
  • Experience in running a finance unit of a local operation.
  • Familiarity with all finance functional areas, including budgeting, reporting, controlling, accounting, and tax.
  • Advanced Excel modeling and analytical skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and projections.
  • Excellent multitasking skills, hands-on approach, dynamic, motivated, and detail-oriented.
