Quality Assurance Leader

This position oversees the Quality Department and handles all QA tasks at the manufacturing site. It requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule.

The successful candidate will establish and maintain a quality management system (QMS) that ensures compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and guidelines. They will lead and direct the organization's QMS and processes, defining and promoting a quality mindset across the company.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Science, Engineering, or equivalent. A minimum of 5 years of experience managing a Quality Department in the Medical Device industry is required. Experience in problem-solving, product quality improvement, statistical techniques, and process improvement tools is also necessary.

  • Auditor qualification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP, and QMS requirements is essential.
