Regional Reliability Leadership Role

We are seeking a dynamic reliability leader to drive the deployment of equipment and facility ownership standards, driving maintenance excellence across our LATAM regional operations.

This role is part of our PEAK strategy, focused on building capability in people, processes, and technology. The TPM Reliability Manager will be responsible for enabling reliability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across multiple manufacturing and distribution sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver coaching and training in core TPM pillars: Autonomous Maintenance, 6S, Centerlining
  • Lead initiatives in Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, Breakdown Analysis, CMMS, and Spares Optimization
  • Support deployment of PEAK PACS (Processes, Applications, Capabilities, Systems) across LATAM
  • Develop and execute Master Deployment Plans aligned with strategic goals
  • Facilitate workshops, kaizen events, and capability-building sessions
  • Provide hands-on coaching to site teams, from operators to senior leaders
  • Ensure alignment between reliability initiatives and business performance metrics
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Strong experience in TPM, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Proven background in coaching, training, and influencing large and multilevel teams
  • Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Regional experience across LATAM countries
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
