Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic finance professional to oversee financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge and financial analysis skills to support business decision-making and ensure financial stability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning: Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts, creating financial models to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Financial Analysis: Perform profitability analysis by product line and business segment, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities through detailed financial analysis.
- Accounting Oversight: Ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with accounting principles, overseeing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and optimize cash flow to ensure operational liquidity, managing banking relationships and financing arrangements.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial reports for management and stakeholders, developing KPI dashboards to track financial performance.
- Cost Control: Implement cost control measures and efficiency initiatives, reviewing departmental expenditures and providing recommendations for optimization.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and tax requirements, coordinating with external auditors for annual financial audits.
- Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies, managing internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. 5+ years of experience in financial management roles. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles. Experience with ERP systems and financial software. Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
