Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operations Team Leader to join our team at Accommodations Plus International. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our crew accommodation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze the operation as a whole to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with analysts to ensure timely completion of tasks and minimize impact on clients.
- Develop and maintain a scale of daily activities to prioritize tasks and ensure fluidity of operations.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear and constant information flow.
- Report any issues or concerns to the coordinator and manager to ensure prompt resolution.
- Develop and implement problem-solving strategies to address operational challenges.
Requirements:
- Established experience in the travel industry, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in operations.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales and marketing, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English and Spanish.
- Ability to effectively manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
