Technical Support Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, technical knowledge, and experience in providing top-notch support to clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective technical support via various channels, including calls, emails, and chats.
  • Own and resolve technical issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Gather data and information to resolve complex technical inquiries.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of failures, maintenance activities, and bugs.

Requirements:
  • Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 level for spoken and written).
  • 2-4 years of prior experience in technical support, field service, or related technical roles.
  • Strong knowledge of basic electrical concepts, including Amps, Volts, Watts, and load balancing.
  • Experience communicating with electricians, contractors, or technically-minded customers.
  • Familiarity with construction plans or wiring schematics.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Help Scout, or similar ticketing systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
