Corporate Food and Beverage Leadership Role

At the heart of this position lies strategic management of food and beverage services across corporate units, driving financial performance, quality excellence, and volume growth objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define Service Standards: Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive food and beverage service standards for each brand, ensuring consistency and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Guidance and Support: Provide expert guidance to new ventures, ensuring they are established and implemented within well-defined standards.
  • Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, assess their impact, and apply them accordingly to enhance unit performance.
  • Quality Indicators: Evaluate quality metrics, propose targeted improvement plans, and ensure full compliance with relevant health regulations.
  • Performance Management: Guide units towards departmental goals, assess performance regularly, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Internalization: Promote the internalization of food and beverage services where beneficial for stakeholders.
  • Audit and Compliance: Monitor food safety conditions, set clear audit parameters, and ensure seamless compliance with all applicable health legislation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years' experience in F&B management, including a previous role as an F&B manager in hotels.
  • Skillset: Intermediate/Advanced knowledge in Excel, PowerBI, and project management, with a solid understanding of key business KPIs.
  • Travel: Ability to travel extensively across Brazil is required.
