Compensation Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to join our Regional Total Rewards team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing compensation programs that support our global pay philosophy and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer company-wide annual compensation programs, including merit pay programs and short/long-term incentives.
  • Advise business partners and respective managers on compensation policy interpretation, new hire offers, promotions, market analyses, job description/evaluation, and other compensation projects/initiatives.
  • Collaborate on design and implementation of special compensation programs/incentive plans.
  • Develop, analyze, and maintain salary structures across all countries in Latin America.
  • Participate in compensation surveys to collect and analyze salary information to ensure our compensation programs are competitive with local labor markets.
  • Prepare presentations summarizing findings of compensation analysis, bringing insights, and supporting recommendations.
  • Maintain all compensation plan compliance, auditing programs/practices, amending plans, managing vendor relationships to ensure administrative accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with Finance to review cost implications of reward programs.
  • Work with HRIS team to ensure that HRIS software systems meet compensation needs and are updated to reflect changes to salary structures/bonus programs.
Requirements:
  • Legally authorized to work in Brazil without restrictions.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Compensation role.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a detailed knowledge of compensation administration.
  • Strong Project Management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, high level of attention to detail, and adaptability to changing business requirements.
  • Comfortable challenging the status quo with a passion to deliver results in a dynamic environment.
  • Workday Compensation experience preferred.
  • Proficient knowledge of English is required.
  • Ability to work in hybrid format (3 days in person per week).
