As a key member of the Ten Lifestyle Group team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our discerning members.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, understanding their unique needs and preferences to provide tailored support and guidance.
- Work closely with members to onboard them to our luxury services, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience from the outset.
- Utilize your excellent communication skills to understand and record member preferences, enabling each interaction to be tailored to their individual needs.
- Contribute to the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive success in our main metrics.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications
- Prior experience in luxury services, preferably as a high-end travel consultant, is highly desirable.
- A degree in Tourism or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Empathy and the ability to quickly connect with members are crucial in this role.
- Alignment with Ten Lifestyle Group's culture, where professionals are passionate about delivering exceptional service, is essential.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English and native fluency in Portuguese are required.
