Facilities Director

As a Director of Operations and Maintenance, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of activities related to facility management, repair, maintenance, and construction. This role involves directing staff in various trade disciplines to ensure efficient operations and minimize downtime. Key responsibilities include formulating operating rules and regulations, assigning tasks to personnel, and coordinating with external contractors as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and coordinate the work of skilled, semiskilled, and unskilled personnel involved in facility operation, repair, maintenance, and construction.
- Formulate operating rules, regulations, and procedures to ensure efficient facility operations.
- Assign tasks to personnel and monitor their progress to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with external contractors for additional work and manage budgets accordingly.
- 6-9 years of experience in a relevant field with a Bachelor's degree or 4-7 years with an MBA.
- Consideration will be given to relevant professional experience commensurate with assignment.
- Top Secret security clearance required.
Supervises Nonexempt and entry-level exempt employees, meeting minimum executive exemption requirements under the FLSA.
