Workplace Experience Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the inner-workings of our office and eSports arena in São Paulo, Brazil. This role requires a strong understanding of Brazilian labor law (CLT) and ability to adapt workplace practices to remain compliant.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience providing facilities or maintenance service in a busy organization. Key responsibilities include managing the overall inner-workings of the office and arena, partnering with stakeholders to develop and enact programs that maximize workplace effectiveness, and ensuring established budget is maintained.

Responsibilities also include managing local vendor and/or supplier relationships, monitoring for and overseeing maintenance and repairs, participating in events and large-scale initiatives such as esports tournaments and cultural celebrations that reflect Brazilian holidays and traditions.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Experience managing contractors and suppliers, including monitoring service standards and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Strong negotiation skills for vendor management and contract discussions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Brazilian labor law (CLT).
