We are seeking a dedicated professional to support clients and contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure client safety by completing thorough safety checks and observing clients throughout the shift.
- Assist and monitor clients with personal hygiene, upkeep of personal space, daily chores, and meal preparation.
- Transport clients to outings, medical appointments, and other activities as needed.
- Complete electronic charting accurately by the end of each shift.
- Attend scheduled staff meetings and contribute to discussions.
- Provide support for Manager during shift coverage and staffing needs.
- Monitor residents taking prescribed medications carefully.
