We are seeking a professional to work remotely as a collections specialist. This position is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls with consumers regarding their account balance, working with them towards payment or resolution.

The ideal candidate will have strong active listening and effective communication skills, excellent time management and organizational abilities, and be self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities
