Product Strategy Leadership

The Chief Product Visionary will spearhead the development of product strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.

Fostering strong client relationships, this individual will provide strategic product consulting to refine product direction and align it with actionable roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate market trends and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Develop and present proposals that showcase strategic thinking and clear business impact, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
  • Cultivate a product-driven culture, promoting a balance between business needs, user needs, and technical execution.
Requirements
  • Executive/Managerial experience: Conduct meetings with executive stakeholders (C-level, VPs, Directors, etc), creating and driving presentations that showcase strategic thinking with a clear business impact.
  • Experience: 3+ years in Executive roles such as Director/Head/VP of Product Strategy, and/or 5+ years of Manager roles in Product Management and UX Design, or Product Strategy and UX Design roles.
  • Expertise in Product Strategy: Ability to define, refine, and validate product concepts with clients.
  • Strong UX Background: Hands-on experience in wireframing, prototyping, and user research.
  • Consultative Mindset: Experience working with clients, facilitating workshops, and shaping product visions.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of market trends, competitive analysis, and product-market fit.
  • Excellent Communication: Comfortable leading client discussions, presenting ideas, and influencing stakeholders.
