We are seeking a professional to oversee daily construction negotiations and placements for commercial property and casualty programs, focusing on national homebuilding clients and real estate developers. The key area of emphasis is on builders risk, owner-controlled insurance programs, and core property and casualty lines.
As a critical member of our specialty team, you will collaborate closely with senior brokers across business lines to coordinate complex transactions and drive results.
You will be responsible for:
- Negotiating and placing commercial property and casualty programs for national homebuilding clients and real estate developers.
- Managing relationships with clients and carriers to ensure successful program placement and renewal.
- Working with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop strategic solutions.
