Senior FP&A Analyst Role

This position plays a critical role in driving business strategies and decision-making processes through financial planning, analysis, and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast, budget, and plan for long-term growth.
  • Analyze financial statements, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights for senior management.
  • Assist in the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, collaborating with various departments to ensure accuracy.
  • Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
  • Support strategic planning initiatives by analyzing financial data and trends to develop business strategies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather financial information, understand business drivers, and inform decision-making processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or a related financial role.
  • Experience working within FP&A for a fast-growing company is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
