Property Risk Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Risk Consultant to join our team. This role will involve providing risk consulting services for large property loss control and natural hazards evaluation in the Southeast region.

The successful candidate will have a robust working knowledge of NFPA Codes, FM Data Sheets, and local requirements. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to apply industry experience to a broad range of customers and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review commercial property protection, including fire protection and water supply analysis
  • Conduct onsite visits to assess property and Nat Cat exposures and develop detailed reports to relay conditions and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Analyze building construction, fire protection features, process operations and special hazards
  • Work hand in hand with the network of specialized engineers to serve clients
  • Build credibility with and create customer satisfaction by demonstrating the value of risk engineering services

Requirements:

  • Experience with Large Property sites
  • Robust working knowledge of NFPA Codes, FM Data Sheets, and local requirements
  • Engineering or Science based undergraduate degree; Chemical Engineering preferred
  • Ability to apply industry experience to a broad range of customers and projects, consult effectively on a broad range of property risk controls, and identify exposures/assess controls on complex risks
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
