
Leading International Business Development Manager

As a Senior Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading international teams from the ground up in new markets. Your goal will be to rapidly enhance team business capabilities and achieve desired results.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the operations and management of multiple cities using data-driven analysis methods to collect information, formulate operational strategies, and take full responsibility for city performance.
- Identify core frontline issues (business development pain points, merchant pain points, user pain points), provide timely feedback, and communicate with headquarters to integrate resources and expand business at minimal cost.
- Manage diverse cultural backgrounds, establish talent development mechanisms, and cultivate international business professionals.
- Develop end-to-end processes for overseas business, summarize work experience, refine methodologies, and build standard operating procedures.
- Utilize project management to develop detailed execution plans and supervision mechanisms, strictly control each stage, dynamically adjust through data analysis, and ensure achievement of expected outcomes.
- Minimum 4 years of management experience with proven ability to lead teams of over 40 members.
- Strong collaboration skills with product and research and development teams, providing constructive suggestions, and driving development and optimization of business efficiency tools.
- Demonstrated ability to share practical business and team insights, offering actionable improvement suggestions to accelerate team growth.
- Global mindset with clear business and team planning skills, identifying root causes of challenges, and coordinating solutions between headquarters and teams.
- Integrity, resilience, passion for excellence, and teamwork abilities.
- Full professional proficiency in Portuguese and English (verbal and written).
