We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
The RoleThis role involves managing multiple client integration projects and their subsequent changes. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting project scope assessments, gathering requirements, and ensuring end-to-end supplier boarding.
- Coordinating deliveries of a dedicated team of experts in Credit and Risk, Technical Integration, Legal, Pricing, and Compliance.
- Developing and safeguarding integration timelines for each client.
Additionally, the successful candidate will provide support to clients in compiling KYC documentation, manage client expectations during onboarding, and effectively communicate project status to clients and other stakeholders.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience in managing customer relations (internal/external).
- Strong planning and organizational skills with expertise in project management.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Affinity with e-commerce and online platforms.
