Job Title: Key Performance Analyst

This role is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about optimizing sales processes and providing analytical support to contribute to the success of our global sales team. As a Key Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that our sales organization meets its targets by implementing data-driven solutions and streamlining sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our sales processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze sales data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure seamless execution.
  • Assist in managing the sales pipeline, coordinating sales transactions, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity within all internal systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales operations or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally throughout the organization.
  • Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English.
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
