Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in technical training, instructional design, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's Degree: CIS or Computer Science preferred.
  • Presentation skills, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and training software applications.
