A seasoned data professional with expertise in designing and implementing data integration solutions is sought after to drive business growth. Proficiency in SQL, ETL techniques (ETL, Replication, Event-driven, profiling), and a strong understanding of data analytics are essential for meeting business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain high-performance SQL code and SSIS packages.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify new business opportunities and solve existing issues.
- Optimize query performance and refactor code to ensure efficiency.
- Provide Level 3 production support and troubleshoot critical issues.
- Document all processes and procedures created.
- Lead a team of consultants and manage their priorities according to client requirements.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Reside in Argentina.
- Fluent English-Spanish language skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Minimum 10 years of experience delivering ETL solutions using the Full Microsoft BI stack, preferably Azure Analytics Services or AWS Cloud Analytics Solutions.
- Strong knowledge of ANSI-SQL and T-SQL.
- Experience working with MS SQL Server and DB2 databases, with a plus for Azure SQL Database.
- Background in Insurance/Financial Services is an asset.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to follow best practices and development guidelines.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts.
- Knowledge of Prescriptive and Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning, Data Science, Information Management, or Big Data domains is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in information science or a related field is highly desirable.
