Regional Marketing Lead

To achieve this ambitious goal, we require a highly skilled Regional Marketing Lead who will drive Media Campaign Performance, Social Media Strategy, CRM, Marketing Operations, Market Intelligence & Customer Insights, and Go-to-Market strategy.

  • Lead responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute Brazil monthly media campaigns with a focus on performance improvement and process optimization.
  • Oversee Latin America media campaign plans ensuring seamless execution.
  • Develop and lead Social Media strategy (content generation/followers interaction/growth) proposing innovative ways to engage followers and maximize value from partner agencies.
  • Create CRM and Lead Management strategy for Latin America markets in collaboration with external providers, retailers, and sales stakeholders.
  • Supervise Marketing Operations, coordinating with internal teams, dealers, external vendors, and agencies to support product launches, trade marketing initiatives, communication strategies, and live events.
  • Closely monitor Marketing budgets and financial management, responsible for managing and operationalizing supplier areas.
