Job Title: Regional Contract Manager

This role is responsible for contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments, as well as commercial risk assessment and management of risk processes in the commercial phase. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management, sales, and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and manage contracts to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive commercial operations and risk management initiatives.
  • Develop and implement effective contract management processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in contract management, sales, and risk mitigation.
  • Fluent English language skills; French and Arabic languages are an advantage.
Desired Skills:
  • Strong contractual and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of electrical transmission or power projects.
