As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple accounts, executing data-driven strategies, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring balance between meeting client demands and internal company goals and priorities.
- Revenue Growth: Proactively identify and execute opportunities to scale client accounts, consistently achieving or exceeding profitability targets within the first 6 months.
- Client Onboarding: Own the onboarding experience to decrease time-to-launch by leveraging strong internal coordination across Sales and Operations.
- Campaign Execution: Manage day-to-day execution of campaigns, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with client KPIs.
- Performance Reporting: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly campaign updates using clear and compelling insights tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Data Analysis: Analyze performance data to optimize strategy in real-time, using findings to drive better outcomes across client portfolios.
- Strategic Partnership Development: Showcase strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish, develop, and maintain business relationships.
- Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, with a strong understanding of affiliate marketing, user acquisition strategies, and familiarity with tracking platforms / reporting tools (i.e., Everflow, Tune, HasOffers, Looker).
