Senior Marketing Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Analyst to join our Lifecycle Engagement team.
This role involves executing promotional and lifecycle campaigns from planning to deployment across multiple touchpoints, including in-app, push, email, affiliate, paid social.
As part of this team, you will partner with Data, Creative, and Product teams to build full-funnel journeys that convert users at key lifecycle moments — from first trial to reactivation.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute promotional and lifecycle campaigns from planning to deployment.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to build full-funnel journeys.
- Create and maintain dashboards to track campaign impact on metrics such as ROAS, EFOs, R-Burn, retention, and conversion rates.
- A/B test campaign variants and continuously optimize performance through iterative learning.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or lifecycle marketing.
- Strong analytical mindset and working knowledge of tools like SQL, Looker, or Tableau.
- Experience coordinating cross-channel campaigns that blend performance with creativity.
- Familiarity with CRM and campaign orchestration platforms.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple teams and priorities.
- Passion for testing, learning, and growing within a fast-moving environment.
