Key Responsibilities:

As a Chief Concierge at Accor Hotels, you will oversee and direct the Concierge, Bell Desk, and Bell Staff activities. This includes supervising Doormen, Valet Parking, and airport transportation requirements. Your primary goal is to provide exceptional guest service by offering information on hotel services, local attractions, restaurants, and other relevant information. You will also be responsible for recommending the hotel's own Food and Beverage outlets and ensuring the lobby remains tidy and ashtrays are clean.

Additional Tasks:
  • Prepare efficient work and vacation schedules for staff members, taking into account occupancy forecasts and large group movements.
  • Ensure staff adhere to departmental standards and procedures and provide thorough on-the-job training.
  • Conduct probation and performance appraisal discussions, providing constructive feedback to enhance staff performance.

Requirements:

Fluency in Arabic and English is essential. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chief or Head Concierge and possess excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills.
