Customer Service Ambassador

Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional service to guests, adhering to Accor Hotels' standards and procedures.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas, including the Concierge desk, lobby, hotel entrance, and airport service.
• Utilize proper materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure smooth Concierge operations and requisition additional resources as needed.
• Ensure proper coverage and supervision of the Concierge desk, lobby, hotel entrance, and airport service at all times, utilizing effective communication skills to manage tasks and responsibilities.
• Utilize proper telephone etiquette and greet guests personally, rather than directing them to specific areas.
• Respect guest privacy and confidentiality of information, managing complaints professionally and resolving them to the guest's satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the supervisor, Chief Concierge, or FOM to address serious cases or obtain approval as necessary.
• Maintain awareness of guest comments and complaints, reporting them promptly and accurately.
• Perform proper cashier closing and handover between shifts, ensuring seamless transitions and accurate financial records.
• Stay informed about VIPs visiting or staying in the hotel, utilizing this knowledge to provide exceptional service and personalized attention.
• Properly utilize all equipment and Property Management System (PMS), ensuring efficient and effective operations.
• Check arrival and departure lists, arranging transportation and airport services as needed to meet guest requirements.
• Ensure the safe and prompt handling of luggage and guest belongings, as well as the delivery of messages, mail, or other correspondence.
• Assist in arranging partnerships and contacts with service suppliers, providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance guest experiences.
• Offer business information, including events and conferences, to guests, promoting Accor Hotels' services and expertise.
• Respect key handling procedures and adhere to daily checklists and billing procedures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the guest relations team and other departments to address concierge needs and provide exceptional service.
• Respect schedules, terms, and deadlines, adhering to agreed-upon Management protocols and procedures.
• Maintain awareness of outlet timings and promote internal activities and events, fostering a sense of community and engagement among guests and staff.
• Stay updated with the latest administrative, organizational, operational, or other changes and news, ensuring a proactive and informed approach to service delivery.
• Stay informed about competitors' offerings and rates, utilizing this knowledge to enhance Accor Hotels' services and stay ahead in the market.
• Attend daily line-up briefing with the Concierge team to recap tasks and activities, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach to service delivery.
• Assist the Concierge Supervisor in fulfilling administrative responsibilities and monitoring activities, providing support and guidance as needed.
• Promote Accor loyalty programs, encouraging guests to participate and engage with the brand.
• Maintain high morale and a happy working relationship among the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Be flexible and adapt to rotate within different sections of the Front Office Department, demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow.
