Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum
Job Description:
As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will be part of our Membership Services team, responsible for providing exceptional service to our members. Your primary focus will be on resolving member inquiries and issues via email and online chat.
You will also make bookings on behalf of members, build relationships with hotel teams worldwide, and ensure high standards of customer service and operational excellence at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Making bookings for members across various hotels and resorts
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with hotel teams globally
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high operational standards
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high level of verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in a customer service capacity
- Competent computer skills
- Knowledge of hospitality (not essential)
- Fluent in English; speaking additional languages an advantage
