Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Brazil or Colombia. This role will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the growth of our business.
Responsibilities- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain contact with customers throughout the incident resolution process.
- Incident Management: Gather incident details, record them in our tracking system, and escalate customer incidents when necessary.
- Troubleshooting: Collaborate with teams to identify incident resolutions, capture initial assessment information, and coordinate with customers to validate service restoration upon resolution.
- Regulatory Compliance: Understand and adhere to all applicable regulations, laws, and CSG security and compliance standards.
- Education: Associate's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer service environment.
- Skills: Proficient in English in a business environment, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to work in stressful conditions.
- Work Arrangements: Work from home, in-office, or hybrid arrangements.

Estimated salary: R$60,000 - R$80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
