Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Maintain customer satisfaction with accurate and useful information
- Provide first-level technical support for customer inquiries and issues
- Document customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams for a seamless customer experience
- Help and interact with our community through various channels
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced English language proficiency
- Autonomy to drive performance and development
- Team player with technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Strong interest in learning and understanding e-commerce
About the Role:
- This is a part-time position (20 hours/week) with flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- The salary range for this role is R$1,500.00 - R$2,500.00 per month
