We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Expert - Brazilian Market to join our team at Sporty Group.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to provide exceptional customer support and drive business growth in the Brazilian market. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for delivering world-class support services to our clients, with a focus on improving their overall experience.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our products and services to existing and potential customers.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve processes.
- Maintain accurate customer records and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of customer support experience in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with online gaming and sports betting (a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of analytical problem-solving.
- Experience with customer support software, such as Freshdesk or Zendesk.
- An estimated salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
