Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Expert - Brazilian Market to join our team at Sporty Group.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to provide exceptional customer support and drive business growth in the Brazilian market. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for delivering world-class support services to our clients, with a focus on improving their overall experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our products and services to existing and potential customers.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve processes.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of customer support experience in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with online gaming and sports betting (a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of analytical problem-solving.
  • Experience with customer support software, such as Freshdesk or Zendesk.
