Team Overview
We are seeking an intern to join our Global CX Ops COE (Center of Operational Excellence), a critical area for continuous improvement and efficiency in all our operations. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the development and implementation of operational excellence strategies.
Role Responsibilities
You will analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions. You will actively participate in optimization projects, from conception to implementation, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of improvement initiatives.
Key Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have a preferred degree in engineering, business administration, or a similar field. Passion for project management and/or process improvement is essential, along with advanced/fluent English, great communication skills, and good interpersonal skills.

Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on location and experience. We offer a competitive compensation package that reflects our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.
