The OpportunityWe're looking for a skilled Global Customer Engagement Specialist to bridge the gap between customers and our support function. As the central point of contact, you'll build strong relationships with clients by gathering and acting on customer feedback in real-time.
This role is key to incorporating feedback into the sales process and improving the overall customer experience. Your goal will be to increase customer satisfaction rates and loyalty through high-quality interactions throughout the customer journey.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Organize and plan customer requests and needs to provide optimized services as the single point of contact for all supply orders and service-related issues.
- Develop and implement processes to enhance customer relationships, engagement, and satisfaction.
- Liaise with internal support functions to ensure seamless customer interactions, product delivery, and service excellence.
- Establish communication channels and mediums for effortless customer-Company interaction.
- Provide swift responses to client inquiries using tools and platforms for prompt issue resolution.
- Conduct regular meetings with customers to discuss progress and opportunities.
- Utilize CRM tools to coordinate and monitor customer experience operations, driving loyalty and relationship growth.
- Analyze customer feedback to develop effective programs enhancing the customer experience.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in QA, RA, or production planning.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Aplus if you have experience with SAP.
You'll report directly to the Customer Experience Team Leader.
Estimated Salary$80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
