Overview:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team at Rosewood Hotel Group. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of extraordinary.



About the Role:


This is a full-time permanent position that requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for our VIP guests, handling all aspects of their stay, from arrival to departure.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding hotel services, amenities, and activities
  • Cordinate special requests and arrangements for guests, such as restaurant reservations and spa treatments
  • Escorts VIP guests to their assigned rooms, introducing them to the hotel's features and amenities
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery


Requirements:



  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing role, preferably in luxury hospitality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with computer systems and software applications
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
