**Service Scheduling Coordinator Overview**

In this challenging role, you will be responsible for scheduling the right resource to meet customer needs, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to keep customers updated regarding the status of on-site visits, and you will treat customer issues with prompt attention and a level of professionalism that results in a positive customer experience.

**Responsibilities**

  • Accountable for scheduling the right resource to meet customer needs
  • Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
  • Communicates with customers regarding the status of on-site visits
  • Treats customer issues with prompt attention and professionalism
  • Keeps accurate and timely records of resource availability and commitments
  • Documents handling of each service call accurately and in a timely manner in the service database
  • Demonstrates sound business judgment when prioritizing and managing competing priorities
  • Interacts with District Managers to understand the service strategy for the district

**Requirements**

  • Three years of experience in customer service
  • Customer First Attitude
  • Comfortable adapting to changing technology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese and English)
  • Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented and a multi-tasker who can work with interruptions
  • Effective interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Communicates effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Takes ownership, problem solves, and drives resolution of each situation
  • Negotiation skills to deal with involved parties to find the best solution balancing customer and business interests

**Additional Details**

This role has a full-time weekly schedule, with the option to work remotely.
