The Customer Enablement Specialist will provide on-site customer services to drive user engagement and sustain product usage. This role is responsible for troubleshooting complex technical issues, escalating customer problems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
Your Impact- Provide high-quality customer services that meet the needs of AspenTech customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues reported by customers using AspenTech software.
- Evaluate customer needs and develop solutions to address them.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product Management to drive continuous product enhancements.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geoscience-related disciplines such as Geology, Petrophysics, or Petroleum Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in formation evaluation or petrophysics preferred. University experience may count.
- Previous experience working on-site with customers is a plus.
- Knowledge and experience in Unconventional workflows, Mineral Modeling, Facies Modeling, Image Log Analysis, Geomechanics.
- Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely using strong written and verbal communication skills.
