Comprehensive Risk Management and Compliance Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Risk & Audit Specialist. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your skills in risk management, audit, and control.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and audits to ensure the effective operation of business processes.
- Prepare and execute audits by evaluating and analyzing controls to mitigate identified risks.
- Execute audits and reviews for operational processes and controls, including talent intake, shared services operations, and specialist functions.
- Participate in audit interviews, prepare audit workpapers, and report on findings and recommendations.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in risk management, audit, or a related field.
- Masters degree in business, economics, or a related field, and relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA/CA/CIA).
- Strong independent mindset, international stakeholder management, and change management expertise.
- Business acumen, analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel, risk methodologies, and internal control theories.
