  • Job Description:
  • Architect and develop statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics solutions for sales forecasting, pipeline optimization, and customer behavior analysis.
  • Build automated data pipelines and reporting systems using Python, R, SQL, and business intelligence platforms (Tableau, PowerBI, Databricks).
  • Lead data science projects including customer segmentation, pricing analytics, and churn prediction to support commercial strategy decisions.
  • Manage and ensure quality of enterprise sales data across CRM systems and analytics platforms, implementing data governance best practices.
  • Analyze and predict sales performance metrics and market trends, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to sales leadership and management teams.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related quantitative field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in data science, business analytics, or commercial analysis roles with increasing responsibilities.
  • Proven experience leading analytical projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical programming (Python, R, SQL) and machine learning techniques for business applications.
  • Hands-on experience with business intelligence platforms (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, Databricks) and data visualization best practices.
  • Solid understanding of commercial operations, sales processes, and revenue optimization principles.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present technical findings to business stakeholders and management.
  • Experience with data pipeline development, ETL processes, and database management systems.
