Job Description:

As a Data Science Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing cutting-edge workflows for the data science team
  • Collaborating with researchers to identify key business challenges and develop data-driven solutions
  • Creating high-quality Python code to solve complex problems and providing thorough documentation
  • Conducting code reviews and offering constructive feedback to peers

You will also be expected to:

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members, conveying complex topics in a clear and concise manner
  • Design and implement workflows for the data science team, solving difficult problems and identifying areas for improvement
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • At least 7+ years of relevant experience as a Data Scientist Lead/Manager
  • 5+ years of Python programming and data science experience
  • 2+ years of experience leading a group of at least five employees
  • Prolific experience working with data science and outstanding interpersonal abilities
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, combined with a solid understanding of data analytics
  • Excellent English communication skills, both conversational and written
