Key Responsibilities- Leading a team focused on developing data-driven solutions for CRM/Marketing strategies
- Defining cross-functional strategies across the organization
- Collaborating with operations teams to ensure alignment with broader business goals
- Academic background in quantitative fields such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, or related areas
- Proven experience leading teams, especially in data science and marketing strategy environments
- A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a genuine interest in people and leadership
The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding and monitoring the implementation of models and strategies alongside the IT team. They will also promote and support the adoption of these solutions by the business areas in daily operations.
