We are seeking a skilled IT professional to manage and support our operational systems and infrastructure across multiple Latin American sites.
- Manage Microsoft Operational Systems, virtual environments, and hardware for servers and endpoints.
- Provide comprehensive Service Desk Support to internal and external users across our LatAm sites.
- Monitor and manage server and networking equipment.
- Maintain IT infrastructure, including datacenters and endpoints.
- Assist with project management and enhance IT KPIs.
- Perform backup/restore operations using Avamar tools.
About the Role:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Support Analyst with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Advanced proficiency in English is essential, and Spanish is a desirable skill.
