The ideal candidate will possess:
- At least 2 years of experience in merchant operations, promotions, and sales team management.
- Proficiency in data analysis software and the ability to conduct multi-dimensional analysis to inform business judgments.
- Sensitivity to market trends and the ability to capture development opportunities to formulate effective strategies.
- Strong project management skills, including good communication, coordination, team consciousness, and organization abilities.
- English or Portuguese language proficiency as a working language.
