
Senior Executive, Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a senior leader to drive business results and alignment for our Stills Beverages franchise. As Senior Manager, you will oversee operations, address related issues, and collaborate with the Franchise Director to drive growth agenda.
- Bottler Operations Oversight: Ensure business success and alignment with Bottler for Stills Beverages.
- Growth Agenda Leadership: Collaborate with Franchise Director to drive growth agenda of bottler operations aligned with central strategies.
- Project Management: Manage strategic, operational, and commercial projects involving the bottler.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Experience: 3-5 years within the KO System or within the industry, with desired Marketing and Commercial experience.
- Work Focus: Autonomy in decision-making, guiding bottler in Frontline and Categories, Category Management, RGM, and other commercial initiatives.
