Business Growth Specialist
Job Description
As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving new business development and account growth through strategic sales efforts. You will work closely with senior-level contacts at customer accounts to identify opportunities and build pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive new business growth and expand existing customer relationships.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at customer accounts, including C-Level and Director-level contacts.
- Lead generation through targeted outbound account prospection and calling on independently developed contact lists.
- Collaborate with the field sales force to implement sales and pipeline build strategies.
- Provide accurate forecasts to the sales organization and executive management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding lead generation and sales objectives.
- At least 2 years of inside sales software experience.
- Proven ability to call into accounts at CXO level.
- Highly motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with solid organizational and planning skills.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com or similar CRM system required.
