We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to join our HR regional team in Latin America. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing local vendors for payroll processing, including data preparation, error correction, and general ledger execution.
Main Responsibilities:- Closing payrolls and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Managing vendor relationships and working with the ADP system for payroll closing.
