Lead Product Innovation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our product innovation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving cultural change, leading high-performing teams, and delivering polished products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in software engineering, project/product management, and team leadership.
  • Strong Java developer with experience in REST API, Spring, and Spring-Boot development.
  • Good understanding of Jenkins pipelines and CI/CD process.
  • Understanding of JavaScript fundamentals and Restful APIs.
  • Experience with state management libraries, like NgRX, and understanding of Redux patterns.
  • Prior experience designing and building Technical Solutions.
  • Up-to-date with technology trends and Agile methodologies.
