
Senior Compensation Strategist

As a senior compensation analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives and fostering business growth.
You will work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the safety and security of our nation, while also contributing to mission-critical objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and administer company-wide compensation programs aligned with business strategy
- Manage ad-hoc job actions, salary reviews, and other HR process requests
- Compensation management and administration, including annual merit cycle, benchmarking reviews, and variable pay administration
- Create and maintain job architecture, ensuring competitive positioning of the company
- Provide consultation and guidance on compensation matters to managers and HR Business Partners
- Ensure compliance with internal and external policies, procedures, and related labor laws and regulatory requirements
- Support proposal efforts by providing labor category mappings, market data, and HR statistics
- Administer job description and job evaluation processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or 9+ years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience in overall compensation, global compensation, and plans outside the US
- Certifications: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and/or Global Remuneration Professional (GRP)
- Strong knowledge of compensation laws, regulations, and best practices for countries outside the US
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Project management and change management skills
- Technical skills: MS Office, HRIS, Global Compensation systems, and surveys
