Job Description

As a senior compensation analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives and fostering business growth.

You will work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the safety and security of our nation, while also contributing to mission-critical objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and administer company-wide compensation programs aligned with business strategy
  • Manage ad-hoc job actions, salary reviews, and other HR process requests
  • Compensation management and administration, including annual merit cycle, benchmarking reviews, and variable pay administration
  • Create and maintain job architecture, ensuring competitive positioning of the company
  • Provide consultation and guidance on compensation matters to managers and HR Business Partners
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external policies, procedures, and related labor laws and regulatory requirements
  • Support proposal efforts by providing labor category mappings, market data, and HR statistics
  • Administer job description and job evaluation processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 9+ years of relevant experience
  • 5+ years of experience in overall compensation, global compensation, and plans outside the US
  • Certifications: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and/or Global Remuneration Professional (GRP)
  • Strong knowledge of compensation laws, regulations, and best practices for countries outside the US
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Project management and change management skills
  • Technical skills: MS Office, HRIS, Global Compensation systems, and surveys
