We are seeking a skilled professional to provide expert technical advice on the practical execution of projects within specific concepts and services.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will work independently on site, planning, coaching, and monitoring activities to ensure coating specifications are met and jobs are completed according to contract, customer, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a concept/service specialist by interacting with customers and stakeholders, sharing information, and advising to ensure that the customer has received all necessary information concerning the application of products within the specialized concept/service.
  • Plan, coach, and monitor key projects to ensure the coating specification is met.
  • Conduct complaint surveys by inspecting relevant areas, compiling accurate detailed reports to support the investigation phase of the complaint process.
  • Train internal and external applicators through practical and theoretical sessions and demonstrations, ensuring they are approved in applying the relevant concept/service product.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Technical Sales experience.
  • English and Arabic language proficiency.
  • Willingness to travel domestically as per job needs.
