Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective credit risk management strategies to mitigate potential losses and maximize returns.
  • Supervise and review loan proposals from various sources, ensuring that they meet strict credit criteria and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of credit risk management practices into the organization's overall strategy.
  • Perform comprehensive portfolio analysis to identify areas of risk and opportunity, and develop targeted solutions to address these issues.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all credit transactions, including loan agreements, collateral documents, and payment schedules.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, with a strong focus on credit risk management and financial analysis.
  • At least 5 years' experience in credit risk management, preferably in a commercial banking environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
